Excellent professional stylest

Shelby gave me a wonderful haircut when I went here. Unfortunately, their check-in process is so horrendous and I was under a severe crunch to get in so I called and (I believe it was Bridgette) was unwilling to help me over the phone that I won?t be back. She wasn?t even earnestly apologetic, zero f?s were given.

Stylist was great, but checkin was not good, as I had not been there before,and was chastised by another stylist for checking in again,
